Are you a distributor? What is your relationship to the companies on the website?

Yes, Tibidabo Scientiﬁc Industries USA performs as a North American distributor for the companies within the Tibidabo Group, providing streamlined access to state-of-the-art technology from global companies. As part of the Tibidabo Group we have unique access and knowledge beyond a traditional distributor relationship, working closely with each company to provide you with deep technical expertise that supports delivering the most effective solutions to meet your needs.

Why deal with Tibidabo USA instead of with the companies directly?

Since Tibidabo USA works closely with each company, we are able to provide solutions that encapsulate a wide range of capabilities from multiple sites if needed. The resulting solution is tailored to meet specific, unique applications and performance specifications that might not have been possible if going directly to a site as their scope is limited to their area of expertise.

Where are the products manufactured?

All products are manufactured on-site at each company. Photonic Science and Photek are both located in Hastings, UK. Scintacor is in Cambridge, UK, and XCAM is in Northampton, UK. LLA Instruments and greateyes are both located in Berlin, Germany, and Lambert Instruments is in Groningen, The Netherlands.

Where are the products shipped from?

Tibidabo Scientific Industries USA performs the importation of the products from our sister companies and then ships them from our location in Madison, Connecticut.

Do you offer customizations?

Our standard products offer a balance of performance and cost. If your unique application requires increased performance, different housings etc., our manufacturing sites are more than willing to provide a custom, tailored, unique solution to fit your program needs.
