Laue Crystal Orientation System

Single crystal orientation, quality control, and turbine blade inspection

A high-resolution Crystal Orientation System is the ideal tool to capture and analyze Laue diffraction patterns from a wide range of crystalline materials. The Photonic Science range of Laue cabinet systems combine a high-resolution CCD x-ray detector, high-brilliance x-ray beam and dedicated Laue software, delivering indexed Laue diffraction measurements to 0.1° accuracy in seconds.

X-ray fluorescence analyzer for industrial-scale elemental analysis

Rapid, non-contact elemental analysis and metal sorting. Using Silicon Drift Detectors and optional high-power x-ray sources, it identifies elements from Argon to Uranium and distinguishes alloys like stainless steel, brass, and bronze.
